- Ensure that all of our products comply with relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure our projects meet and /or exceed their published specifications.
- Maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of our services and business management systems to conform with ISO9001 Quality Management Standard or more stringent or legally required standards.
- Continually monitor the quality of our customer interactions, with the intent to improve our customer’s total experience.
- Establish quality requirements for suppliers, partners and contractors and hold them accountable to comply.
Health & Safety Policy
GLI is committed to health, safety & environmental best practices and believes in creating work environments that enable our people to work injury and illness free.
To achieve this result we will:
- Ensure our operations comply with applicable occupational health and safety regulations and when appropriate, implement additional controls to meet company requirements.
- Ensure managers and employees are trained and accountable for preventing work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Operate an occupational health and safety management system that ensures continuous improvement through risk assessment, risk mitigation and performance reporting.
- Provide wellness programs that contribute to the productivity, health and well-being of employees.
- Inform suppliers & contractors of our occupational health and safety expectations which require adoption of sound occupational health and safety management practices.
